Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

We collect the business idea and budget you submit for analysis. We do not require account creation or collect personal identifiers for the free tier.

2. How We Use It

Your idea and budget are used solely to generate the analysis. They are sent to our API and to YouTube/Reddit APIs for signal gathering. We do not share your data with third parties.

3. Data Storage

Currently, analyses are ephemeral and not persisted. We are working on optional account-based storage via Supabase. When launched, stored data will be encrypted and accessible only to you.

4. Payment Data

Payments are processed entirely through PayPal. We do not see or store your payment information.

5. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts. We respect your privacy.

6. Third-Party Services

We use YouTube Data API v3, Reddit public JSON, and OpenRouter. Each has its own privacy policy governing their data handling.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
